We deliver direct to your door in Cheshire and surrounding counties using our own transport either a 7.5 tonne truck or via our delivery vans to ensure that your plants and hedging arrive in perfect condition. We never outsource delivery to third party couriers.
No, we do not require a signature for delivery. Please let us know your preferred delivery instructions at the checkout. For example, where you want your plant, tree or hedging delivery leaving e.g. round a side gate, in the garden, etc. We will contact you in advance of the delivery to let you know what day we will deliver to you.
For pot grown plants we keep most quantities at our nursery site in Cheshire and the Delamere Forest ready for delivery within 2-4 days of the order being received. When demand is high and we are busy during peak season from spring onwards we always aim to deliver within 7 working days of the order being received.
For root ball plants during the lifting season, we aim to deliver within 7 to 14 days of the order being received. We aim to lift plants at least twice a week from the nursery fields at the Delamere site. We are currently expanding our root ball production to provide more hedging and native tree species.
